PROPERTY RULES

NO SMOKING RULE: smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 100,00 € will be charged.

NO ANIMAL ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY: if not expressly indicated and agreed in advance, it is strictly forbidden to keep animals into the apartment.

RECYCLING: to reduce the environmental impact and comply with current regulations, it is necessary to make a proper separation of waste following the instructions in the apartment.
For stays from 1 to 3 nights, we recommend you to leave the waste inside the apartment. Our cleaning service will take care of the disposal.
For stays of 4 nights or more, you have to provide for waste disposal by yourself in the appropriate building premises. For any questions please contact our Customer Service.

At check-in you will be asked to show an identity document and a credit card as guarantee.
