Nonna Isa is located in Santo Stefano, a tiny hamlet just 11 km from Ravenna. This 19th century farmhouse, in exposed brick, once a nunnery, has been transformed into a welcoming home after careful renovation completed in 2017. The spacious interiors, bright and enriched by modern furniture with a minimalist chic feel, blend harmoniously with the natural, understated hues of the upholstery, floors and walls. The bedrooms, large and comfortable, all have air conditioning. From the ground floor, the house extends out to the flat green garden, dotted with Mediterranean essences and tall trees, creating a perfect retreat for relaxing in the open air. The dining area, with brick-built barbecue, and comfortable sofas provide the ideal setting for convivial moments. A few steps away is a beach volley court where guests can have a great time challenging each other, while the fenced-in swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and just a short distance from the house, is the perfect setting for relaxing with a glass of local wine. Nonna Isa is the ideal place for families with children, for family reunions or for groups of friends to spend a holiday together and, at the same time, to protect their privacy thanks to the many large areas both inside and outside. The strategic position of Nonna Isa allows guests to quickly reach destinations of great interest, such as the art cities of Ravenna and Forlì, the Mirabilandia amusement park, the Republic of San Marino and the vibrant Riviera Romagnola. Interior:
The house has two floors for a total of about 300 sq m. The ground floor is divided into two wings that do not communicate internally with each other. The first floor, however, is connected by a corridor between the two wings and two internal staircases: one leading to wing No.1 and the other to wing No.2. The main entrance of wing No.1 leads to the ground floor, consisting of an open-plan living area with dining room and kitchen, with direct exit through French windows towards the outdoor dining area. Completing wing No.1 is a hallway with children's toys, a bathroom with shower (equipped with a washing machine) and a sitting room with sofa, smart TV and ornamental fireplace. From here an internal brick staircase leads up to the first floor. The main entrance of wing No.2 leads to the ground floor with a small dining area with kitchenette. Completing the floor is a double bedroom with ornamental fireplace and a bathroom with shower (equipped with a washing machine). Adjacent to the bedroom, an internal brick staircase leads up to the first floor, composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a raised single bed (this room is suitable for children or youngsters), two double bedrooms (of which one with 140 cm wide bed) and a bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower. Park:
Nonna Isa is surrounded by a large completely flat garden of about 5000 sq m, enclosed by a fence and hedge, with a green lawn enriched by tall trees that will provide shade on the hottest days. The large paved area for outdoor dining, shaded by awning and umbrellas just outside the kitchen (in wing No.1), is furnished with a table, chairs, sofa, armchairs and a brick-built barbecue. Behind the house, near the pool, is a games area suitable for adults and children with a beach volley court (amateur) and a cold-water shower while, on the opposite side of the pool, is a children's play area. In a small outbuilding, in front of the villa, are some small courtyard animals. A parking area for 8 cars is located in front of the villa, just past the automatic iron entrance gate.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, for exclusive use, is located about 25 m from the house, and on the same level as it, and can be reached along a gravel path. The rectangular pool, measuring 12x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, is lined in PVC and is equipped with internal spotlights and a chlorine purification system. With a grey stoneware border, the pool can be accessed via 4 submerged Roman steps. The solarium, completely fenced, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. The swimming pool will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
