First living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a cozy fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere. A second TV lounge that also serves as an office space, providing a separate area for leisure and work. A cellar/laundry room. Suite 1 is accessible from the TV lounge via a beautiful independent glass staircase. This suite spans 45m² and boasts a spacious double bed measuring 180x200cm. It includes a separate bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath, as well as a separate toilet.

Extra Charges to pay locally: Tourist tax  3.30 Euros per day per person per night for over 18 years old.
