Situated just south of Avignon, within easy reach of picturesque countryside and villages, it makes an excellent base for exploring the region.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming ambiance, with stylish, neutral furnishings, exposed wooden beams and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The spacious living areas, include a games room and a well-equipped kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment, while a Jacuzzi room and a bar add a touch of indulgence to your stay.

The comfortable bedrooms are all located upstairs, each boasting its own unique character. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, providing calm spaces to unwind. Head up to the second floor for a further two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with a children's bedroom offering five single beds and a separate bathroom. With its spacious and well-appointed interiors, this villa ensures a delightful stay for families and friends alike.

Outside, the villa's extensive grounds beckon you to immerse yourself in the Provençal lifestyle. Relax by the inviting pool on the smooth terrace, adorned with comfortable loungers, sofas, parasols, and cushions. Indulge in al fresco dining in the shaded dining area or enjoy a drink at the outside bar. For some friendly competition, a table tennis table and a pétanque pitch are also available. The villa's lush surroundings provide ample shade, and a barbecue and pool house equipped with a plancha offer the perfect setting for delightful outdoor gatherings.

Level 1: Suite 1, known as "La suite du Papé," facing south and features a comfortable double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, en-suite shower room and a separate WC and TV. Suite 2 boasts a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm with en-suite shower room and a separate WC and TV. Suite 3 offers a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm with en-suite shower room and a separate WC and TV. A dressing area equipped with ample storage space for luggage, and other belongings.

Level 2: Suite 4 with double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm with en-suite shower room and a separate WC, TV. Suite 5 with double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm, en-suite shower room and a separate WC, TV. Children's dormitory five single beds measuring 90cm x 190cm, providing ample sleeping space for a group of children. For added security, a surveillance camera is installed in the dormitory area. An independent bathroom equipped with a spacious long basin and a double walk-in shower. A separate WC.

Outside: Magnificent centuries-old plane tree, casting its benevolent shade over the property and a long south-facing terrace. On the eastern side, a beautiful building, twinned with the farmhouse, is totally out of sight, thanks to its high walls, and very appropriate vegetation. Large private car park with carport. Terraces. Heated swimming pool (chlorine filtration): 11 x 5 m, flat bottom 1.40 m (3 steps) and beach of 5 x 2, secured by an electric curtain. – NB: for the safety of your children who cannot swim, alarm bracelets will be at your disposal. Location: Located in the countryside a stone's throw from the "Montagnette", a paradise for hikers, mushroom pickers and hunters, its picturesque and sunny location is most pleasant. This completely renovated old farmhouse was built in the heart of a property of today 1 hectare, in a bucolic and agricultural setting, not far from the city of the Popes of Avignon and the heart of the "Alpilles". Saint Rémy de Provence is about 20 minutes by car. You can find everything you need nearby (fresh fruit and vegetables, meat from local farms, delicious breads, and even your usual newspaper, in the two villages of Boulbon and Vallabrègues (3 km) or in Barbentane or Tarascon, less than 5 minutes by car. The TGV is only 20 minutes away, Marseille international airport 1 hour 15 minutes away. The privileged location of this property reinforces its enjoyment under the Provençal sun. Very close to monuments and only 1 hour from the Mediterranean Sea.
