A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is a welcoming space for relaxation, food and drinks together. It opens directly onto an expansive terrace, adorned with a dining table,a wood fire barbecue, sofas and sun loungers and an inviting pool set above the sea. The scene is set for al fresco relaxation, leisurely meals and refreshing swims, all with a magnificent backdrop of panoramic sea views or starry skies.  

From the villa, you can follow a private path that winds gently down the hillside to sandy Agrari beach. Known for its secluded location, deep water and lack of crowds, it is ideal for snorkelling, watersports and scenery.  A beach bar and restaurant on the beach are an added bonus for villa guests.

Location: Located on private land at the end of a quiet road, providing a tranquil environment. Sandy Agrari Beach, with its beach bar and restaurant, is a short 5 minute walk away down a path. Mykonos Town: 25 minutes drive. Mykonos airport: 15 minutes drive. 

Please note: The last section of the access road (800 metres) to this property is on a winding unsurfaced road. As a result of its hillside location, there are some drops and low walls around the terrace and pool area. Small children will need constant supervision.
