Step inside this meticulously renovated three-storey house and discover a harmonious blend of preserved original design and tasteful contemporary décor. The beautiful tiled floors and typical shutters showcase the care and attention to detail invested by the owners. The sleek black kitchen and bright living room, featuring patio doors leading to the terrace, create inviting spaces to gather and relax. On the ground floor there’s a twin bedroom with it’s own ensuite. Head upstairs for three comfortable double bedrooms on the first floor, each with private ensuite bathrooms. A delightful highlight of Camelia is the cosy play and sleep attic, where up to seven children or teenagers can immerse themselves in their own world, surrounded by books, games or toys.

Outside, the villa's allure continues with the expansive terrace that offers captivating views of the surrounding mountains and the mesmerising Lake Como. Indulge in relaxation or al fresco dining amidst the tranquil ambiance of the charming gardens. THE FACTS:

Ground Floor: Large wood-burning fireplace directly next to the large oak wood dining table and an elegant and comfortable sitting area. Fully equipped Kitchen. Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. 

First Floor: Master Bedroom  with three large windows is very light and airy, with a four poster bed offering a romantic atmosphere. The en-suite bathroom has  its own large shower  and lake view. Double bedroom with its beamed ceiling, original features and furnishings, lake views and its own bathroom tucked away at the back of the bedroom with a large walk-in shower. Double Bedroom with a view of the mountains, the garden of the Rezzonico Castle and the lake. It offers a double bed and its own bathroom with a level-access shower.

Attic: An entire level just for children/teenagers (can sleep up to 7) the original wooden floor makes this area a cozy place to relax on the sofa or play games. Books in several languages, board games, cars and other toys to while away long evenings or rainy days are provided.

Location: Villa Camelia is ideally situated in the charming village of Rezzonico, offering convenient access to various amenities and a range of activities to suit every age group: Within walking distance, you'll find a typical local pizzeria and a small supermarket. Just a 10-minute drive away lies Menaggio, a slightly more touristy destination compared to Rezzonico. Here, you can savour a cappuccino on the terrace in the village square and browse through delightful little shops. Menaggio serves as a gateway to the romantic town of Varenna and the chic allure of Bellagio, both of which can be reached by ferry. Indulge in the enchanting atmosphere and discover the unique charm each place has to offer. Bellagio, often referred to as 'the pearl of the lake,' is positioned perfectly at the heart of Lake Como's Y-shape. Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful promenade and wander through the narrow, steep streets adorned with original boutiques selling art, leather goods, and exquisite jewelry. For a change of pace, the bustling city of Milan is less than a two-hour drive away, offering a day of vibrant energy and diverse attractions. If you're arriving by plane, flying into Milan is the most convenient option. Como, the capital of the province, is a city with a rich history and authentic charm. Discover its beautiful old city center, surrounded by ancient city walls, and immerse yourself in its vibrant atmosphere. While it takes approximately four hours to drive around the lake, you'll likely spend more time due to the numerous sights and irresistible stops to indulge in the delicious local cuisine. For the more active travelers, the Greenway hiking trail is a recommended option. Stretching from Colonno to Griante, this scenic trail spans approximately 10 kilometers and takes around 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. It can be a delightful experience for the whole family, provided everyone is up for the adventure. Villa Camelia's location provides the perfect balance between tranquility and access to a variety of experiences, ensuring that you can tailor your stay to suit your preferences and create lasting memories in this captivating region.

Please note: Private swimming pool (from april to september, depending on the weather). Property is located in a tranquil neighborhood, and we kindly request that our guests respect our community, particularly during the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. We are happy to host family reunions or intimate festivities but NO PARTIES. The villa is located at the end of a footpath around 100m away from the road (so there is no direct car access): The path underneath the terrace is only a footpath for one other neighbour.
