Nestled in the Modica countryside, Villa Scarlett is a luxury vacation villa in the Sicilian countryside, offering an unforgettable experience that combines the charm of an ancient farmhouse with modern comforts. Villa Scarlett, expertly renovated with exposed stone and high-quality materials, features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished, and a third bedroom, accessible from the outside, with two single beds (joinable into a double) and a stone en-suite bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.

Villa Scarlett boasts a large garden with a veranda furnished with sofas and armchairs, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside. The private pool (8x6 meters, with a 50 cm internal rise for children and a maximum depth of 1.40 meters) is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a laundry area complete the outdoor spaces, perfect for outdoor barbecues and convivial moments. Private parking can accommodate up to two cars.
