Located within a residential complex composed of two distinct and independent accommodations, this country house with a pool is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and discovering the beauties of the Val di Noto.

Casa dei Limoni Verde is an 80 m² apartment, with a private entrance, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The apartment consists of a bright living area with an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a double sofa bed, and a hallway with a single bed that can be used if needed. A climate-controlled double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower complete the interior spaces. The decor, with touches of green and turquoise, creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Casa dei Limoni Verde is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
