A prestigious villa in a dominant position, near the delightful borgo of Corciano, just a few kilometres from Perugia: this and more is Villa Michelangelo, the ideal location for an unforgettable holiday. This splendid villa, built in 1970, was designed with care by the owners themselves, using fine furnishings and creating an evocative atmosphere thanks to the frescoes, to the numerous decorations of medieval and classical inspiration that enliven the walls, to the precious carpets, to the antique furniture, to the green Ubatuba marble floor, to the marble and brass staircase and to the impressive chandeliers of Murano and Bohemia. The house offers guests an elegant atmosphere of times past with large living rooms alternating with little sitting rooms, spacious bedrooms (all with air conditioning) with private bathrooms, a study with library, a sauna, a taverna with billiards, gaming tables and bar and also, for added convenience, an elevator connecting all four floors internally. Surrounded by a large Italian garden, with a lawn and tall trees like holm oaks, pines, magnolias and cypresses alternating with jasmine, roses, colourful potted flowers and herbs providing colour and delicious scents. The splendid swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guests, is just a few metres from the villa in a panoramic position overlooking the green Umbrian hills and close to it is a barbecue and wood oven for you to enjoy your evening meals under the large portico or under the gazebo. Completing the outdoor areas are a tennis court, another sauna and a children's play area with a small wooden tree house. In short, the ideal place for family reunions or for groups of friends to spend a holiday together and, at the same time, protect their own privacy thanks to the many spacious areas, indoors and outdoors. A short drive away is a large shopping centre, Quasar Village, with supermarkets, restaurants and various shops. Thanks to its favourable geographical location, you can combine a holiday of quiet relaxation with interesting excursions to the numerous country villages in the immediate vicinity or to nearby Lake Trasimeno. And, finally, thanks to the excellent road network, the most important art cities of Umbria and Tuscany, such as Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and Florence, are all within easy reach. Near the entrance gate of the property live the caretakers, very discreet people who will not interfere with the guests' stay.
