We are 4 km from the famous borgo of Radda in Chianti (where you can find shops for everyday needs, restaurants and bars) while the neighbouring territory offers an incomparable variety of places to explore: Volpaia, Panzano, Gaiole and Greve with their breathtaking picture-postcard views and unique range of artistic, historical and eno-gastronomical offers. Thanks to the beautiful panoramic roads, daily trips will take you to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano or Volterra. NB. Interior:
The house is made up of three floors and a panoramic turret. The main entrance, under the ground floor portico, leads into the sitting room which is connected to the dining room and to the large eat-in kitchen with original fireplace; all the rooms have direct access out to the portico with dining table. The kitchen leads to a hallway with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, a guest bathroom and the laundry room. Stairs in the sitting room lead up to the first floor with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a TV room that leads out to the veranda furnished with armchairs and little tables (connected to the ground floor by an external staircase) and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms (with joinable beds) and a double bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads up to the turret consisting of a large twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with big panoramic windows and served by a bathroom with shower.

Park:
In the immense estate of Castello di Albola that surrounds the house, composed mainly of vines, is the fenced-in park of about 3000 sq m belonging to the property, framed by bushes of herbs and olives and adorned with geraniums, lemons, jasmine and a rose garden flanking the access to the pool. A few paces from the parking area, which is reached along a short unpaved driveway from the entrance gate, is a splendid panoramic terrace paved in terracotta which leads to the portico with the dining area set conveniently in front of the entrances to the house, to the pergola in a strategic panoramic position and to the steps leading to the pool area which is situated at a lower level.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is situated in a secluded part of the garden, with a fascinating view over the rows of vines that surround the property, in the centre of a platform paved in terracotta and is reached from the terrace in front of the house down a ramp of steps. The rectangular pool, with metal ladder, PVC lining and chlorine purification, measures 6 x 12 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 m. Set around the pool are sunbeds, little tables and umbrellas while, close to the pool, is a cold-water shower and a bathroom/changing room with shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.
