The Villa offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You will find spacious common areas: a large living room enhanced by a beautiful original marble fireplace, available as an elegant decorative element to enrich the atmosphere (although not usable by guests), a dining room with direct access to the terrace, and a spacious modern kitchen.
The private park surrounding the villa invites you to sunbathe, play badminton or organize picnics. Separate from the villa, but still within its wonderful garden, there is a small and welcoming chalet completely renovated, equipped with a bathroom with shower and a double bed. The jewel in the crown of this splendid property is the swimming pool, which can be used from April to September.
