The house has a upper floor with a double bedroom and balcony, a bathroom with large shower while on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A third communicating room has two single beds. The  living  consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room. Tourist activities are also pleasant thanks to the proximity of towns such as Stresa, Verbania, Arona. Just 40 minutes from Malpensa airport, the house is one hour from Milan and Turin.
