Villa Floria occupies a privileged and panoramic position above the exclusive seaside resort of Santa Maria di Leuca, located close to the scenic coastline that connects elegant Santa Maria di Leuca to Otranto. A stretch of land rich in history and culture as well as pristine landscapes and restaurants overlooking the sea. The Mediterranean-style structure includes a cosy and refined open-plan living room with kitchen and pool view, completed by two double bedrooms. Outside, the patio with white arches and typical Salento stone walls is the setting for convivial and relaxing evenings while the terrace on the upper floor offers a priceless view of the sea.
Interior:

The rooms of Villa Floria are all on one floor. The main entrance leads into the open-plan living room connected to the kitchen by a large arch. From the living area a hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:

The external area, partially fenced, extends for about 200 sq m and is accessed via a private drive that leads to the internal parking area. The stone walls, the snow-white arches and the splendid sea views from the terrace make this gem a little paradise for the senses. There is an outdoor dining area on the patio adjacent to the pool area and several shaded areas for relaxation; the park is completed by a lovely stone barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:

The elegant infinity pool is adjacent to the outdoor patio, rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m. Lined in sand-coloured PVC, it has a salt purification system, hydromassage jets and two easy steps for access to the water. The surrounding solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as an outdoor, hot-water shower. The swimming pool is available from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.

Pets: On request. € 80,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
