Interior:
The villa, with a surface area of 240 sq m, extends over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance, located on the ground floor, is accessible up a few steps.   GROUND FLOOR Large open-plan area composed of: kitchen with central island, large dining table and living area with corner sofa. A large French window connects the living room directly to the terrace, creating continuity with the outdoors. Laundry room. Sleeping area consisting of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub   FIRST FLOOR Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:
The grounds of over 5000 sq m, planted with olive groves, include a 2000 sq m garden with pathways and carob, olive and lemon trees, enriched by Mediterranean scrub. The swimming pool is surrounded by a shaded gazebo, while a stone terrace houses a gazebo with lounge and dining area, complete with barbecue. The property is accessible via a driveway gate.

Swimming Pool:
